France - CSI takes over Halto
GRIVEN is pleased to announce that the company CSI is now the sole distributor for its products in France. After a long term cooperation, the former French exclusive distributor for GRIVEN products, GRIVEN FRANCE/HALTO, has recently been taken over by CSI France, the well-known producer, importer and distributor for dynamic lighting, video and sound applications.
After almost 20 years of cooperation with GRIVEN, Mr. Dominique Picquard, founder and executive manager of HALTO, can now deservedly retire, leaving to CSI, and to its PDG, Mr. Arnaud Leschemelle, the task of gaining further ground in the field of private and public, interior and exterior architectural lighting throughout France with the help of the broad GRIVEN product range inherited directly from GRIVEN FRANCE/HALTO itself.
Starting from July, 1st 2009 HALTO has become a brand within CSI portfolio, which offers now a comprehensive catalogue of professional lighting solutions capable of catching the interest of the most renowned architects, specifiers and Lighting Designers within the French lighting panorama.
The commercial merger between the two companies involved also the qualified staff of the former GRIVEN French dealer: Ms. Marie Falferi joined CSI as a Directrice Commercial and Mr. Didier Arganini as a Product Manager. Today CSI employs more than 30 people and is the exclusive importer for France of many of the most renowned professional brands.
Both partners are eager to conquer new market shares and very confident about the excellent work they can do together. In communion with Mr. Arnaud Leschemelle, Président-Directeur Générale of CSI France, GRIVEN will continue providing its groundbreaking luminaries assortment to the whole French territory.
Recognized as a leading expert in the lighting field, PDG Mr. Arnaud Leschemelle remarked the importance of the work made by Mr. Picquard during these years and feels confident that this newborn joint venture with GRIVEN will lead to a great common success.
We would like to warmly thank Mr. Dominique Picquard for the help, encouragement and sincere friendship he demonstrated during this long term successful cooperation with GRIVEN and wish Mr. Leschemelle the greatest professional achievements
