Another year full of success stories
Once again, it's time to take stock as the year ends. Looking back at all the projects finalized with our lighting fixtures in 2014, we are really proud to have been able to supply the most different architectural projects with our high quality products. Based on the highest design, efficiency and flexibility standards, our luminaires deliver a combination of sustainability and performance, customization and reliability, now vastly required by each and every lighting installation. During this year, our functional or decorative fittings have been specified in distinct urban contexts, always keeping up with the most challenging technical and planning requirements.
Our lighting systems have been successfully implemented to light up noteworthy sport facilities, like the Adelaide Oval - witness of the greatest moments in sport and entertainment in Australia for more than 140 years, now boosting a re-vamped architectural lighting - or the Sochi Olympic Park, the imposing residential complex of the 2014 Olympics shaped like a fairy tale castle, which has required and impressive number of LED lighting fixtures to achieve the breathtaking final layout.
The dynamically colourful illumination of dazzling bridges, such as Krymksy Bridge in Moscow (Russia), the Brda Bridge in Bydgoszcz (Poland) and the Bolte Bridge in Melbourne (Australia) are symbols of an increasingly spreading trend to mark the city landmarks or the suburban areas with a combination of artistic lighting design and innovative eco-friendly lighting equipment.
The brand new spectacular lighting of L.A. Live district (Los Angeles, CA) deserves a particular mention as a special project. Adjoining STAPLES Center and the Los Angeles Convention Center, the amazing L.A. LIVE district is home to some of the best U.S. and international attractions. After the recent installation of our renowned searchlights, the L.A. LIVE district now looks as if wrapped up in a geometric pattern of glittering, powerful beams of light producing a spectacular dancing light choreography.
Moreover, historical and contemporary city landmarks, such as Moscow Alexander Gardens (Russia), Taiwan National Museum (Taiwan), Targi Congress Center (Poland), the Mediterranean lighthouse of Palavas-Les-Flots (France) along with Moscow Novy Arbat Street (Russia) - just to quote some of the many installations of 2014 - have been lit up by our fixtures thus becoming a true eye-catching addition to their own cityscape.
Our continued cooperation with the most renowned lighting designers and architects of different cultural backgrounds - in combination with full information and support guaranteed by a consolidated and growing network of highly professional and skilled distributors and dealers - has become an inexhaustible source of inspiration for the development of functional or decorative custom-made quality products that help re-define the space we live in with eco-friendly and energy saving solutions. At the end of this year, we would like to thank once again all our customers, dealers and distributors who have contributed with pictures, movies and case histories of new projects to enrich our website, catalogue and newsletter.
