Our primary objective is to promote and consolidate the development and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, and Gender Equality.
Top Management relies on the enhancement of all personnel, as well as on the technology and quality of its products, to establish itself as a partner capable of meeting customer needs. We firmly believe that valuing diversity, with particular reference to gender, is a key factor for sustainable growth and innovation.
Top Management is committed to:
- complying with applicable legal and other requirements, including those related to equal opportunities and non-discrimination;
- carefully analysing the organisational context and assessing related risks and/or opportunities, including gender equality aspects;
- providing safe and healthy working conditions appropriate to the nature of its risks and opportunities;
- ensuring that customer and product requirements are identified, defined, and met in order to enhance customer satisfaction;
- measuring customer satisfaction in order to monitor and improve it over time;
- developing a system for the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System through the systematic application of its documented requirements;
- promoting and ensuring an inclusive working environment that respects and protects individuals in all aspects, preventing any form of direct or indirect discrimination based on gender, and actively promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment at all organisational levels;
- providing the means and resources to eliminate and/or reduce the environmental impacts of its activities, products, and services;
- eliminating hazards and reducing health and safety risks;
- protecting the environment and preventing pollution through compliance with applicable laws, best practices, and the adoption, where possible, of activities, processes, components, and raw materials with lower environmental impact;
- promoting energy saving, the use of renewable energy sources where possible, and the responsible consumption of natural resources;
- promoting, where possible, sustainable and environmentally responsible procurement, while safeguarding workers’ health and safety;
- encouraging consultation and participation of all employees, removing any obstacles and/or barriers;
- ensuring that gender equality principles are integrated into related policies, particularly those concerning human resources management (recruitment, career development, performance evaluation, pay equity), work-life balance, prevention of harassment, and internal and external communication (marketing and advertising), rejecting stereotypes and using respectful language;
- defining and monitoring specific KPIs related to gender equality, in line with UNI/PdR 125:2022, in order to measure progress and identify areas for improvement;
- appointing a responsible person to coordinate and effectively implement the gender equality policy, assigning appropriate resources (budget), responsibilities, and authority;
- promoting and pursuing the continuous improvement of company performance, products, and services, in full compliance with safety, environmental, and gender equality standards, in accordance with applicable regulations.
The achievement of the defined objectives is measured through the analysis of the following indicators:
- customer complaints and satisfaction trends;
- non-conformities in product/process/system (anomalies, incidents, injuries, occupational diseases);
- results of internal and external audits;
- legal compliance verification results;
- supplier performance;
- performance trends for each company process relating to quality, environment, health and safety, ethics, and gender equality, including specific KPIs under UNI/PdR 125:2022;
- satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.
Quantitative objectives (including those related to gender equality) are defined in specific improvement plans issued during Management Review, which include measurement criteria, required resources, and implementation timelines, and are communicated to all relevant personnel.
To ensure the implementation, development, and maintenance of the Integrated Management System, Top Management is committed to establishing the organisational and relational conditions necessary to communicate and ensure understanding of the Company Policy among all employees. This Policy is communicated to all stakeholders and made available, for example, through the company website. It will also be the subject of specific training and awareness initiatives, particularly for management.
Top Management encourages all personnel to actively participate in ongoing and future initiatives with commitment and professionalism, contributing to the achievement of gender equality objectives.
